Vermont international food trucks to try and where to find

Don’t let summer go by without at least one bite to eat at a food truck. This is the true definition of “eating out”. Grab a quick snack or a small meal from a wheeled vendor at a park, concert, farmer’s market or Church Street Marketplace and indulge in delicious food and the sweet sensation of Vermont’s summer air.

Better still, take a little trip around the world while enjoying the moment here at home. The variety of nationalities and cuisines represented in local food trucks and carts is enough to make you feel like you’ve filled your passport by visiting them all.

Here are just a few of the international food carts they offer, with details on where to find them. Some are in Burlington, some are further afield. And remember that these trucks and cars are wheeled, so you may have to be persistent in your hunt.
