You may have seen bad stress surrounding dietary fat, but how much is the right amount? Fats are an essential part of our diet, especially when it comes to absorbing other vital nutrients and helping our bodies function properly. The difficulty is that not all fats are the same, and when it comes to unsaturated fats versus saturated fats in particular, there are a few things to keep in mind.
