There are 3 new Singapore restaurants on the list
There’s always something special when it comes to savoring works of art. That’s why lists like The World’s Best Restaurants and The World’s 50 Best Bars celebrate the beauty and culinary skills of the chefs and celebrity bartenders who make it happen. This year is no different as we celebrate the deserving ones with our annual list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants.
We have the full list of the top 51-100 ahead of the live awards ceremony on March 28 in Singapore where the top 1-50 restaurants will be announced.
To recap, the winners list was drawn from votes by the Academy of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, an influential gender-balanced group of food writers and critics, chefs, restaurateurs, and regional culinary experts—a group of over 300 food industry leaders.
Singapore’s first-timers 51-100 Nae: hmm (No. 83) serves modern Korean cuisine and Julien Royer’s French neo-brasserie. Claudine (No. 85) – both only one year old – followed by the well-established Cantonese restaurant Summer Pavilion At number 86.
As for the other three Singapore restaurants on the list: thevar Ranking 56th from last year’s 92nd, lola It sits comfortably in the 66th place from last year’s 75th Ranking. Kirk Westaway by Jaan It fell to 84th place this year, compared to last year’s 55th place.
of Kuala Lumpur God currently sitting at number 74, then Eat and Cook at number 79 and Nadodi It’s at number 94. All three restaurants stumbled upon last year’s rankings.
51-100 list: A Snapshot
The 51-100 list covering the region includes restaurants from 17 cities.
Hong Kong tops the rankings with eight spots, including three new entries such as: Yong Fu (no. 54), ando (No. 61) and boss (No. 62)
Tokyo is represented by six restaurants, including new entries. Sketch (No. 67), PizzaBar on 38th street (No. 80) and Discretion (No. 91)
newcomer sound (No.60) is the first restaurant from Toyama to make the list.

Singapore and Bangkok both have six establishments in this division.
Shanghai claims four places on the list, including the new entry meet the Bund He lives at number 89.
Kuala Lumpur, Seoul and Mumbai are represented by three restaurants each.

Where can we watch the ceremony live?
Asia’s Top 50 Restaurants 2023 list will be announced at the awards ceremony held in Singapore on March 28, 2023. At Resorts World Sentosa (RWS). The award ceremony will be broadcast live on Facebook and YouTube.
