The Seven Seafood Festival is back at SeaWorld Orlando

SeaWorld Orlando’s Seven Seas Food Festival kicks off on February 3rd. This event runs from Thursday to Sunday from February 3rd to May 7th. SeaWorld’s Seven Seas Food Festival features more than 200 delicious foods and drinks inspired by cultures around the world. In addition, 28 concerts will be held during this event.
Orlando’s largest theme park food festival includes 27 festival markets throughout SeaWorld Orlando. An all-new Caribbean Moonshine tasting booth will be featured this year. Guests can enjoy food from around the world as they stroll among award-winning rides and spectacular animal presentations. Foodies and families will find more than 200 foods and drinks inspired by cultures around the world at International Markets. These markets feature foods from Italy, Ireland, Brazil, Germany, and Asia, to name a few.
This event features over 75 craft beers, over 50 unique food items and over 75 wines and cocktails. Culinary Market Squares offer food and beverages on festival days from 11:30 a.m. until the park closes.
Some of the new dishes guests can enjoy this year include:
Parmesan Truffle Fries: Grana Padano Cheese, Fresh Parsley, Winter White Truffle Oil
Pork Feijoada: Pork and Black Bean Brazilian Stew, Garnished with Green Onions
Ropa Vieja: 12-hour slow-cooked shredded beef served over shredded plantains garnished with fine cilantro.
Classic Reuben: thinly sliced pastrami on marble rye bread with sauerkraut and swiss cheese
Italian Beef Arancini: Arancini are served over a San Marzano tomato sauce garnished with fresh basil.
Strawberry Cake a la mode: vanilla ice cream with yellow cake, topped with strawberry icing
Jameson Bread Pudding: Jameson infused bread pudding with Jameson English sauce
In addition to all the great cultural and culinary offerings located around the park during the Seven Seas Festival, SeaWorld Orlando is introducing new full-service menu items at the Sharks Underwater Grill. Recent additions to the restaurant include:
Lobster and Shrimp Cakes: Caribbean Remoulade, Salsa Verde, and Rainbow Green Salad
Chicken and Shrimp Tagine: A light slow-cooked juicy stew of chicken, shrimp, and vegetables with fragrant Mediterranean spices and jasmine rice.
Chocolate Mousse Marquis: Chocolate mousse, raspberry coulis, pecans and edible golden garnish
The new Caribbean Moonshine tasting booth will be located next to the Seafire Grill. This market will include:

This year’s Seven Seas Food Festival also features NEW refreshing cocktails for guests to enjoy as they travel the world, including:
Island Rum Punch: light, dark and coconut rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, cranberry
Southern Peach: Bourbon Punch, Peach Schnapps, Peach Sprite, Simple Syrup
Frozen Polynesian Summer: Pineapple Rum, Mango, Coconut Cream, Pineapple Juice
Aperol Spritz: Aperol and Prosecco
Mediterranean Sangria: red sangria, red wine, cranberry juice, orange juice, lime
Tokyo Rose: Shimizu-No-mai pure snow sake, Tito vodka, triple sec, cranberry
Irish Cold Brew Latte: Jameson Cold Brew, coffee, cream, simple syrup

Guests can explore the food and beverage options at Seven Seas Food Festival’s tasting bar. Guests can purchase 10 sample lanyards for $70. For more patterns, they can buy a 15-pattern hook for even more savings. SeaWorld Orlando Pass members can purchase 18 sample straps for the price of 15 sample straps.
CONCERTS
SeaWorld Orlando’s seven seafood festivals offer a variety of culinary options. However, this event has concerts with park admission. Bayside Stadium hosts concerts every Saturday and Sunday during the festival. This year’s headlines include:
