Inspired by generations of family cooking, Persian delights mark the menu at Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, the debut restaurant of celebrity chef Ariana Bundy. This elegant dining room is designed like a grand Persian home, where warm and genuine hospitality is the basis of the service style. The show has a feminine feel with powder pinks and rose golds accented by royal blues and sparkling chandeliers. Fruits, nuts and floral aromas are the backbone of the menu, intertwining textures, spices and flavours.

Heston’s Dinner

Announced in 2018, the long-awaited Heston Dinner at Atlantis The Royal is now open. The third-largest restaurant in the world also has a dedicated bar called Heston Resonance, two outdoor terraces and a private dining room. Like its counterparts in London and Melbourne, the menu offers contemporary dishes inspired by historical gastronomic recipes dating back to the 1300s. One of the restaurant’s signature dishes is the Meat Fruit, which looks like a tangerine but is actually made from chicken liver parfait.

Another celebrity chef service at Atlantis The Royal comes from Chef Jose Andres, who is set to open his popular Jaleo concept at Atlantis The Royal. Alongside impressive service from celebrity chef restaurants, the shared menu features a range of inventive and traditional Spanish dishes, offering a range of signature tapas, delicious paellas and a strong focus on Spanish cheeses.

Guests can now enjoy Peruvian cuisine famous chef Gaston Acurio Atlantis Royal at Sea. Known for using fresh ingredients and traditional Peruvian techniques, Gaston Acurio has more than 45 restaurants worldwide. The menu features traditional Peruvian seafood dishes, including Acurio’s signature Peruvian ceviche, as well as popular Peruvian street foods such as chicken thigh, veal heart, and octopus in potato cream. The restaurant’s new design was inspired by the Fisherman’s Wharf with an outdoor terrace overlooking the Palm Jumeirah.

This adults-only bar is an extension of Heston’s restaurant diner. Decorated like the restaurant in shades of royal blue, crisp gray and shimmering gold, it is equipped with a jellyfish tank for an extra injection of wow factor.
