Aloe vera juice is a delicious and healthy supplement to any beverage or juice. Aloe vera gel has been shown to reduce inflammation, aid digestion, and control blood sugar levels when ingested. Aloe vera should be washed well because it releases a poisonous yellow liquid soon after it is harvested.
