Cheese chicken with rice bread

ingredients
1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1 cup hot water
1 Box of Tony’s Creole Grilled Chicken and Mix Rice
1 can (15.25 ounces) sweet corn, drained
2 cups shredded chicken (roaster chicken works well)
3 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
1 teaspoon Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning
1½ cups Colby Jack cheese, grated

to prepare
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 50 minutes
Serves: 4-6

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together Cream of Chicken Soup and hot water until blended. Add Tony’s Creole Grilled Chicken Dinner Mix and mix well. Add corn, chicken, butter, and Tony’s Original Creole Seasoning and mix together.

  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and wrap tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the rice is tender.

  4. Fluff the rice with a fork and sprinkle the cheese on top. Wrap it again in aluminum foil and let it rest for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Serve and enjoy!
