Marion General welcomes new cancer doctors in alignment with new cancer center

Ohio Health Marion General Hospital recently welcomed three new oncologists to support the new Ohio Health Marion Cancer Center which opened in October.

Noman Khan, MD, has joined the hospital’s medical hematology/oncology team. He attended medical school at Dow Medical College in Pakistan, completed his residency at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Pennsylvania, and completed his fellowship at Marshall University Joan C. Edward School of Medicine in West Virginia in hematology and medical oncology.

Dr. Khan is married with three children and enjoys football and cricket, outdoor activities and cooking. He hopes to provide the best possible care for his patients with compassion and empathy.

Ewa Mrozek, MD, has been an oncologist for nearly 25 years. She attended medical school at the University of Gdansk in Poland, completed her residency at New York Methodist Hospital in internal medicine, and completed her fellowship at The Ohio State University Hospitals in hematology/medical oncology.

She is married and has a daughter who lives in Boston. She loves to travel, garden, and listen to classical music. She is very excited to be working with a great team of doctors, nurses, pharmacists and patient navigators at the new Cancer Center that will provide comprehensive cancer care to patients under one roof.

And eventually, Michael Siedow, MD, joined Marion as a radiation oncologist. She attended medical school at the University of Toledo School of Medicine, completed her internship at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital, and completed her residency at The Ohio State University Hospitals in Radiation Oncology.

He is married and has two daughters. His interests include running, working out, and most recently learning how to hang Christmas lights.

He is looking forward to seeing his new patients in Marion and is very excited to join the OhioHealth Physician Group’s radiation oncology team.
