Ivanka Trump shares her diet and exercise routine to stay slim

Ivanka posted photos of her and her husband, Jared, on social media yesterday, showing them both walking in a woodland in upstate New York. Both of them were wearing walking gear, which indicated that they often went for walks. Ivanka previously shared photos of herself running, and going to the gym to stay in shape.

Ivanka’s diet and exercise regimen have changed a lot over the years. Back in 2016, I told Eat This, Not That! She “ate like a teenager”.

Prior to her pregnancy, she said she ate “carbs three times a day, usually in the form of pasta or pizza.”

She continued, “Slowly, I began to enjoy, if not crave, these healthy options. Now healthy eating is the norm for me, especially at breakfast and lunch.”

After pregnancy, Ivanka said she followed a balanced diet, which was based on “making the right choices.”

I ate healthy, filling foods like salmon, chicken, salad, and vegetable soup, as well as healthy fats like fatty fish, including salmon and mackerel, which keep one feeling fuller for longer.

However, Ivanka noted that she has steered clear of smoothies, saying, “I tried a juice cleanse, and it was a complete disaster. For the eight hours it took, I felt like I was on the verge of starvation.”

To stay fit and slender, Ivanka avoids processed carbohydrates and instead focuses on complex carbohydrates, such as whole grains and oats, according to the Daily Meal.

The 41-year-old posted pictures of her meals on Instagram, including her breakfasts, which usually consist of ‘Greek yogurt and berries or ‘fancy oatmeal’.

Speaking of her children, she said, “If they choose oatmeal, I get all kinds of toppings—chia seeds, berries, flaxseeds, goji berries, cinnamon, walnuts, almonds—and the kids get to ‘garnish’ the oatmeal.”

According to my morning routine, Ivanka starts her days with “a big cup of lemonade,” followed by a “big cup of coffee.”

This is after I got up at 5:30 in the morning to meditate and practice “or both”.

“I like to be fully prepared the day before my kids wake up so my mornings can be very focused on them.

“Meditation is one of the most important things I do every day. I meditate for twenty minutes, preferably twice a day.

“Sometimes I miss an afternoon session, but I always get a morning one. It’s been invaluable in terms of calming my mind and allowing me to think more clearly.”

Ivanka also does a “fusion workout,” which combines yoga, pilates, dance, and meditation.

Recently, she shared yoga videos and how-tos on her Instagram, to inspire her followers.

But the mother of three is also a fan of cardio. According to Eat This, Not That! She enjoys cycling and spinning classes.

She even ran a half marathon in 2015, which indicates that she is an avid runner. Ivanka told People: “I’ve never run like a half mile in my life, so this was a very grueling experience.

“But in addition to having a great time with the amazing women who work for me, I also catch a running bug—like I really enjoy. So, I go out with my husband every Saturday morning—we’ll run for an hour and just talk. It’s a great time for both of us, too.”
