Here are four dishes that belong to Texas businesses

Five food trucks, one from San Antonio, attended Lazy Beach Brewery’s 2023 Spring Food Truck Festival on Saturday.

Owner Jessica Matthews said the brewery hasn’t held a food truck festival since 2022 and wants to try it twice a year. She said she plans to do the second one on Saturday, September 16, 2023.

Food trucks selling food included Not Just Lechon, Jefe’s Street Tacos, Miss J’s Curbside Pies, Gordo’s Good Eats, The Snobarn, and Taquitos Mi Sierra.

Caller-Times stopped by four of the six food trucks on site to see what each of them had to offer. Gordo’s Good Eats and The Snobarn were asked at a food truck festival in February.

Jefe’s Street Tacos and More
