Here are four dishes that belong to Texas businesses
Owner Jessica Matthews said the brewery hasn’t held a food truck festival since 2022 and wants to try it twice a year. She said she plans to do the second one on Saturday, September 16, 2023.
Food trucks selling food included Not Just Lechon, Jefe’s Street Tacos, Miss J’s Curbside Pies, Gordo’s Good Eats, The Snobarn, and Taquitos Mi Sierra.
Caller-Times stopped by four of the six food trucks on site to see what each of them had to offer. Gordo’s Good Eats and The Snobarn were asked at a food truck festival in February.
Jefe’s Street Tacos and More
Jefe’s Street Tacos & More is the staple food of Corpus Christi food trucks.
The local diner sells delicious street tacos, as well as corn cups, tortas, and desserts.

Miss J’s Curbside Pies
The local pizza food truck opened in January 2020.
Since then, owner Jacqueline “Jackie” Fenner has included unique pizza flavors such as pickle pizza, seafood pizza, and patty melt pizza.

Not Just Lechon
Not only is Lechon a San Antonio-based food truck, but the owners are from Corpus Christi and try to pop up at local festivals whenever they can.
Along with the food truck’s specialty, Filipino fare, it also sells lumpia, pancit, and pork belly rolls.

Taquitos My Sierra
Taquitos Mi Sierra specializes in authentic Mexican food and sells tacos, tortas, and quesadillas.
You can usually find the food truck at Pep Boys on South Padre Island Drive.
