TORONTO, January 25, 2023 /CNW/ – Today, GRAZE TORONTO announced the dates of its festival and the initial list of participating chefs. Presented by Canadian Food NetworkGRAZE will take place friday september 22 to Sunday, September 24, 2023at Corus Quay and Sugar Beach. Hosted by TV personality Noah’s Capes, GRAZE will feature some of the biggest names in the Canadian food scene as well as best-in-class food and drink. Festival-goers will be able to enjoy the brilliance of these celebrity chefs through immersive dining experiences complemented by a wide range of activations, live music, local art, and more.
Offering the ultimate experience for lovers of extraordinary cuisine, attendees can partake in chef-led tastings, cooking demonstrations, cooking classes and interactive exhibits. With pop-ups from some of the city’s most famous restaurants, guests can indulge in the latest gastronomic greatness. With lake ontario as a backdrop, GRAZE will also deliver an exceptional range of engaging experiences and premium entertainment.
Dynamic TV Personality Noah’s Capes will act as host, leading the festivities while entertaining the audience with his signature humor and charm. Cappe is a familiar face to Canadians, most recently seen as the host of Food Network Canada Carnival Eats, Chiefs Wall and bakers wall.

Christine Cushing – Esteemed chef, cookbook author and award-winning TV host. Longtime Food Network Canada personality, most recently seen as a judge on bakers wall and Chiefs Wall.
Dale McKay – Saskatoon-chef and co-owner of Ayden Kitchen and Bar, Little Grouse on the Prairie, Sticks and Stones, Avenue Restaurant and Dojo Ramen (Saskatoon, Sask.). Most recently seen as a judge on Food Network Canada Chiefs Wall and masters of fireand guest judge on Top Chef CanadaSeason 10.
Lynn Crawford – Acclaimed chef, cookbook author and owner of The Hearth (Mississauga, Ont.). Longtime Food Network Canada personality, most recently considered a judge on Showdown of junior chefs, Chiefs Wall, and bakers wall.
Marc McEwan – Famous Canadian chef, cookbook author and owner of the McEwan Group, which includes Bymark, Fabbrica and McEwan Fine Foods (Toronto, Ont.), Diwan (North York, Ont.) and Fabbrica (Thorbury, Ont.). Longtime Food Network Canada personality, most recently seen as a judge on Top Chef Canada and Wall of Chiefs.
Massimo Capra – Renowned chef, cookbook author and owner of Boccone (Mississauga, Ont.), Capra’s kitchen (Clarkson, Ont.), and lends its name to Massimo’s Italian (Niagara Falls, Ont.). Longtime Food Network Canada personality, most recently seen as a judge on Chiefs Wall.

Roger Mooking– Multi-faceted talent born in Trinidad and raised in Canada, celebrity chef, restaurateur (Twist by Roger Mooking – Mississauga, Ont.), television host, author and award-winning recording artist.
