Because on March 14th, we don’t celebrate any person, historical event, or anything like that.
Instead, we celebrate a mathematical concept.
March 14th is Pi Day, because the date corresponds to the first few digits of the number: 3/14, 3.14.
To help celebrate Pi day, we have compiled a list of some local places where you can enjoy a pizza pie to celebrate this auspicious occasion.
