How to Make Power Protein Poha | Recipe by Manpreet Kalra

To make this breakfast, soak poha and oat bran in a small bowl. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry patta, onion and green chillies. Simmer for a few minutes, then add the beans, carrots, mushrooms and capsicum. Cook them together and then add poha and oats to the pan (after draining the water). Make sure the pan is on low heat and mix all the ingredients well. Add salt, turmeric and other spices to taste. Later add sprouts and peanuts. Mix well and then cook the poha for about 8 minutes. Squeeze some lemon juice and serve hot!
