Pompon is now open in Rochester, Minnesota

If you haven’t heard, a new ice cream and smoothie store just opened in Rochester near Century High School at 2571 Clare Ln NE Suite 101 in Rochester, Minnesota (get directions). According to Bombon’s Facebook page, it features “Bubble waffles, Milkshakes, Aguas Frescas, fresh fruit, and more!”

I tried to stop by last night after one of my kids had a concert at Century, but we just missed it when they opened by about 10 minutes. We always celebrate after concerts with ice cream, so that was a bummer, but I’m sure we’ll have more opportunities to check out the new place in town.

Here are their hours in case you want to plan your trip a little better than I did last night:

  • Monday – Thursday – 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
  • Friday – Saturday – 7:00 am to 9:00 pm
  • Sunday – closed
