Brewery welcomes food truck, new medical spa opens, vegan restaurant opens under new owner
New opening of med spa
The spa is run by a team of registered nurses and estheticians and offers skin assessments and treatments, wellness IV therapies, vitamin injections and dermal fillers, according to an email from Tracy Price. , a nurse at Inua Med Spa. The spa is part of a small chain with additional locations in Orlando, FL, and Everett and Snohomish, WA.The Inua Med Spa has a grand opening on Mondays from 11am to 3pm. Quantum Reef under new ownership
Mother-daughter team Talia Sorinsingh Allen and Melissa Sorinsingh have purchased Quantum Reef, a vegan and vegetarian restaurant in Bellingham, from the original owner. According to an email from Sorinsin-Allen, the new owners will buy the restaurant, recipes, the legal name of the business and make some major changes. The new owner plans to change the name of the restaurant as the menu will not change much under the new owner and will announce it on her social media.
The restaurant is currently closed during the transition, but hopes to open in early April, so long as all permits are approved, Sorinsingh Allen said. Open Friday-Sunday 11 AM-8 PM, located at 1149 N. State St.
Piroshky Bellingham’s Piroshky pop-up
Seattle-based Eastern European bakery Piroshky Piroshky is bringing pastries to Bellingham for one day only, Sunday, March 26th. Customers are required to pre-order their pastries online, then head to the Lummi Bay Market to see the pastries being baked and choose them. Orders of $40 or more required between 12:00pm and 3:00pm. Orders must be placed by him on Saturday, March 25th at 9am. On-site baking and pickup is at 4839 Rural Ave.
Crushan Brewing Welcomes Food Trucks
Instead of rotating food trucks, Kurshan Brewing has placed “resident” food trucks at each location that only serve food at the brewery.
At the Sunnyland location in Kurshan, the Greektown food trucks are out Wednesday through Sunday from noon to 8 p.m. Sunnyland Brewery is open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 9pm and Sunday from noon to 8pm at his 2238 James St. in Bellingham.
Kurshan’s Roosevelt K2 Brewery has an Ah! Chihuahua taco truck that serves food daily. Kulshan’s website doesn’t list opening hours for the food trucks, but the brewery is open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 9pm and Sundays from 12pm to 8pm, and Bellingham’s Located at 1538 Kentucky Street.
