Quantum Reef under new ownership

Mother-daughter team Talia Sorinsingh Allen and Melissa Sorinsingh have purchased Quantum Reef, a vegan and vegetarian restaurant in Bellingham, from the original owner. According to an email from Sorinsin-Allen, the new owners will buy the restaurant, recipes, the legal name of the business and make some major changes. The new owner plans to change the name of the restaurant as the menu will not change much under the new owner and will announce it on her social media.

Crushan Brewing Welcomes Food Trucks

Instead of rotating food trucks, Kurshan Brewing has placed “resident” food trucks at each location that only serve food at the brewery.

At the Sunnyland location in Kurshan, the Greektown food trucks are out Wednesday through Sunday from noon to 8 p.m. Sunnyland Brewery is open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 9pm and Sunday from noon to 8pm at his 2238 James St. in Bellingham.
