Boskovich’s Green Fork Salad Kits Expand Distribution – Produce Blue Book

OXNARD, California, March 15, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Fresh Prep, LLC is pleased to announce that its retail line Green fork™has launched four salad kits in 35 Superior grocers Locations throughout Southern California today, March 14th. The Everything but the burger™, Happy birthday lemon cabbage™, Magnificent Mediterranean™And Slammin’ Sesame™ Salad kits will be the first products from the line to hit the Southern California market for consumers to enjoy at home.

In April 2022, Fresh Prep, LLC, a subsidiary of Boskovich Fresh Food Group, Inc. BB #:115577, introduced Green Fork™, a fresh, imaginative retail line of salad kits, tender leaves, salad mixes and packaged vegetables with a mission to bring freshness and variety to every fork. Deep Silver, Senior Director of Marketing at Fresh Prep, LLC and Boskovich Family Farms, LLC led the development of Green Fork™ along with Executive Chef Andrew Hunter (from Wolfgang Puck, Niman Ranch and Kikkoman R&D) to bring modern flavors and delicious combinations to the line.

Green fork™ will be launched at Superior Grocers with four tantalizingly flavorful salad kits, Wonderful Mediterranean, Slammin’ Sesame, All Hail Lemon Kail, And Everything but the burger, in colorful, inviting packaging that lists the kits’ ingredients for consumers. The Magnificent Mediterranean includes a Sweet balsamic dressing and will be packed Kale, Red Cabbage, Cauliflower Rice, Matchstick Carrots, Kale, Feta Crumbles, And seasoned flatbread strips. The Slammin’ Sesame includes a Sesame Ginger Miso Dressing with freshly prepared ingredients such as Red cabbage, kale, collard greens, matchstick carrots, green onions, sesame chunksAnd sunflower seeds for a nice crunch.

The Happy birthday lemon cabbage Salad kit will include a citrus fruit Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing that goes perfectly with the freshness of the Kale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli stalks, kale, red cabbage, roasted pepitasAnd sweet cranberries. The Everything but the burger The salad kit includes crispy iceberg lettuce, kale, red cabbage, spring onions, carrots, parsley, dill pickle crouton crumble, crispy bacon and a secret burger sauce dressing. All four lettuce kits will be available at 35 Superior Grocers locations throughout Southern California for an introductory retail price of $3.29.
