2023 Jazz in the Gardens hits a “sweeter level” with an epic lineup of R&B, new and old school, reggae and gospel artists

The festival returns to Gardens Miami on March 11th and 12th, 2023 at Hardrock Stadium

In its 16th annual celebration, the world-famous Jazz Festival (JITG) takes a “sweeter level” celebration of black music and culture with an electro-pop lineup of award-winning R&B, neo-soul, reggae and gospel artists, including Erykah Badu, Jill Scott Giudici, Ari Lennox, L. DeBarge, Sean Paul, Mike Phillips, Adam Blackstone Experience, Gospel Super Trio Chandler Moore, Keira “Kiki” Sheard, Pastor Mike Jr. Hard Rock Stadium on Saturday, March 11 and Sunday, March 12, 2023.


“Over the years, Jazz in the Gardens has evolved on many levels. Now, in our 16th year, the festival continues to showcase some amazing talent and different genres of music for all who come to enjoy it. People come from all over for this unique experience,” Rodney said. Harris, Mayor of Miami Gardens “Jazz is the medium through which we wonderfully celebrate music, food and culture.

In 2022, artists including soul queen Mary J. Blige and Miami Gardens son Rick Ross light up the JITG stage after a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. During the festival, Miami Gardens Mayor Rodney Harris and the council declared March 13 “Rick Ross Day” in honor of the Miami Gardens native’s worldwide success as an entertainer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist.
