It wouldn’t be a trip to Universal Orlando without having a glass of Butterbeer in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. There are a handful of different varieties to try and also Butterbeer desserts. My favorite, however, is the Frozen Butterbeer, which is a nice cool treat to enjoy under the Florida sun. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter—You can order it in a souvenir mug at Leaky Cauldron in Diagon Alley.

Plowman’s Plate in the Leaky Cauldron
Cool off and refuel with a hearty lunch at the Leaky Cauldron at Universal Studios Florida’s The Wizarding World of Harry Potter-Diagon Alley. Here you can order appetizers of traditional English dishes, as well as almost all kinds of Butterbeer products. Plowman’s Platter is perfect for sharing; It includes English cheese, crispy bread, field green salad, roasted tomatoes, pickled cornichon, beet apple salad, pickled branston and Scotch egg.

Ever wanted to try a food from one of your favorite childhood books or movies? Me too. After a stroll on The Cat in The Hat in Suessland at Universal’s Islands of Adventure, stop by Green Eggs and Ham Cafe for full toast. Green Eggs & Ham Tots consists of green eggs, diced ham and feta cheese sauce on tasteless toast. Pizza Tots are another popular item at this quick serve location.

Smoked Creek Trout Sauce in Bigfire
Sorry if you’ve never smoked fish sauce. Floridans get it. Served with homemade crackers at Bigfire at Universal CityWalk, the Smoked Brook Trout Dip is a delicious and light starter for the final meal of the day.
Giant Pink Donuts at Lard Lad Donuts
Donuts. Perhaps one of the most photographic foods in the parks is the giant pink frosted donut at Lard Lad Donuts in Springfield, USA. The Simpsons at Universal Studios Florida.
Flaming Moe at Flaming Moe
While in Springfield, you can try the Krusty Burger and wash it down with a Duff Brewery beer or Flaming Moe, a sparkling, non-alcoholic citrus drink. There really is nothing else. Find the Flaming Moe at the Flaming Moe’s box office or Moe’s Tavern.
Drink Ocean Attack at Chez Alcatraz
Inspired by the 1975 movie jawsThe Ocean Attack cocktail at Chez Alcatraz at Universal Studios Florida is made with coconut rum, blue Curacao, pineapple juice, Sprite and a dash of grenadine, topped with a gummy shark and maraschino cherries. While there, take a photo with the great white shark hanging outside.

Burgushi at The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar
If your group can’t decide between burgers or sushi for dinner, you can have both—literally—at The Cowfish at Universal CityWalk. The Burgushi portion of the menu features burger-sushi fusions like The Taste Explosion Roll, which is rolled with certified Angus beef and applewood bacon and topped with tempura flakes. Mythos Restaurant at The Lost Continent at Universal’s Islands of Adventure offers many healthy items, including Lemon Hummus, Mezze Platter, Greek Salad, and Souvlaki Couscous Bowl. However, there are also more satisfying options such as Sea Scallop and Truffle Risotto, Lamb Burger and Grilled Cheese with Fork, Knife and Spoon. This unique dish is like high grilled cheese and tomato soup with crispy lard and homemade chips, because why not?
Savannah’s Dream Breakfast Croissant at TODAY Café
In fact the entire theme park has lots of breakfast options at the parks for early birds. If you’re looking for a classic cafe vibe, head to TODAY Café at Production Central at Universal Studios Florida. Grab a pastry and a coffee or one of their breakfast meals. Savannah’s Dream Breakfast Croissant, named after TODAY Cohost Savannah Guthrie features sausage, eggs, cheese, smashed avocado, and tomatoes on a croissant topped with everything bagels. It is also served with fruit. What more could you want?
Chocolate Frogs at Honeydukes
One of the best souvenirs to take home from the Wizarding World of Harry Potter-Hogsmeade at Universal’s Islands of Adventure are the Chocolate Frogs at Honeydukes. Each frog comes with a collectible magician card, just like in the books and movies.

Kazan Cake at Honeydukes

As anyone who has visited a Florida theme park in the middle of summer knows, the weather gets very hot. Two-Legged Dog in the Hot Dog Hall of Fame
It’s easy to whet your appetite after a day at the theme parks. A surefire way to cure your hunger pangs is to use a Bipedal Dog in the Hot Dog Hall of Fame at Universal CityWalk. Viennese beef dogs served in a baguette with two sauces of your choice. If that’s a little too hot, there’s also Foot-Long Dog on the menu.

After a few hours of fun in the sun at the Volcano Bay water theme park, you’ll be ready for a cold feast. The colorful swirls in Waturi Fusion are a combination of four flavors: banana, blue raspberry, strawberry and orange. Find it at Koka Poroka Ice Cream Kona in Wave Village in Volcano Bay.
